"Pouring from an empty cup is impossible, and I was feeling very burnt out and lost." A nurse and mother, Kristin knows the demands of caring for others all too well. For years, she poured everything she had into her family and patients—until she realized she was running on empty. This challenge was her way to fill her own cup again. With experience tracking macros and understanding her body's needs, she approached the challenge as an opportunity to get back to the basics. "Movement, food, sleep, and community are just as important now as ever," she says. "My goal for this challenge was to finally put me and my health first."
